Dr. Tsang holds a number of key positions. Apart from being the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Beauty (Holdings) Company Limited, she is also the Founder and Supervisor of Beauty Expert International Academy and the Founder and President of the Hong Kong Beauty and Health Association, and concurrently serves as Honorary President of the International Sika Beauty Association (2011–13). Having devoted herself to the beauty and health industry for nearly 30 years, she is a leading figure in the beauty sector and has earned the reputation of "Beauty Queen". Dr. Tsang is not only a renowned Hong Kong entrepreneur, but currently also serves as a Member of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the People's Republic of China.

Building a Beauty Empire, Creating a Legend of Beauty

Dr. Tsang's beauty career began in 1986. Starting from a small beauty salon with just one beauty bed, she has grown the business into the listed company Modern Beauty (Holdings) Company Limited. Modern Beauty holds a leading position in the industry, with multiple brands and more than 180 branches. In recent years, she has led Modern Beauty beyond Hong Kong, expanding its business to Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, making Modern Beauty a premier beauty empire in Southeast Asia.

Establishing a Beauty Academy to Nurture Talent

Dr. Tsang has always led the industry at the forefront. In addition to continuously introducing advanced equipment and technologies, she founded Beauty Expert International Academy in 2002 to nurture beauty professionals. The Academy offers a diverse and comprehensive range of internationally recognised beauty courses, covering beauty therapy, make-up, massage, slimming and body care.

Uniting the Beauty Industry to Safeguard Rights and Interests

Dr. Tsang also founded the Beauty Expert and Health Association and the Hong Kong Beauty Practitioners Federation, with a view to uniting the beauty sector, giving voice to the industry and advocating for its rights and interests, while enhancing the quality and reputation of the trade. Dr. Tsang's achievements and contributions have been widely recognised over the years, earning her numerous awards.
